All presented by Danielle who has been a massage/cranial therapist for over 10 years and been practicing yoga for over 6 years!
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands on therapy that releases any tensions in the tissues of the Craniosacral system (the brain and spinal cord) that results in improved function of the CNS (central nervous system). The body’s natural healing processes occur, balance is restored, and pain is either reduced or relieved entirely.
