for this Meditation Class Series, where we will playfully learn, explore and discover more about the subtle, internal landscapes within our being!
Throughout this Series of classes students will embark on a journey to understand and explore what meditation really is and why it is an extremely beneficial practice to include into our daily routine. Students will have the opportunity to learn and progress through a wide variety of simple yogic techniques and tools that are useful in developing the states of both concentration and meditation. Each week there will also be time for sharing of experiences, questions and discussions about what comes up as we journey into more subtle forms of awareness and consciousness.
As we learn and practice how to quiet and still the fluctuations mind, we slowly re-discover the untouched place within where peace, contentment, joy and bliss reside!
