Sacred Warrior Series™ brought to you by Ashley Collette

The Sacred Warrior Series™ was developed by Ashley Collette and is a living sharing of her personal life work and desire to offer the practice of yoga from a non-dual philosophical underpinning. It has a strong focus on a foundational connection to nature, a deep loving relationship with the Self, and creative exploration/appreciation of life living itself through each of us. It is interdisciplinary in that it includes techniques of yoga asana (postures and movements), breath work and meditations from many different yoga disciplines. 

  • Elemental Essence Flow - Mondays 6am

    This is the first class in the Sacred Warrior Series™. Elemental Essence Flow is an interdisciplinary practice designed to offer techniques that balance the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether in the body. It shifts it's focus with the change of the seasons to balance the changes in the body. This class includes a balance of postures, breath work and meditation and is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioner.

  • Free Spirit Flow - Fridays 6am

    This is the third class in the Sacred Warrior Series™. Free Spirit Flow is a lively interdisciplinary practice designed to provide the opportunity for each individual to be expressed freely from an experiential knowing of life's interconnectedness. This class includes a balance of postures, breath work and meditation and is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioner.

  • Heart Revival Flow - Wednesdays 6am

    This is the second class in the Sacred Warrior Series™. Heart Revival Flow is an interdisciplinary practice with a focus on welcoming and living out the life mission or heartfelt desire. It offers techniques designed to revive the pulse of the individual heart with the pulse of the universal heart. It has a strong focus on the movements of Prana (Sanskrit word for 'life force'). This class includes a balance of postures, breath work and meditation and is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioner.

Baptiste Inspired Power Flow class is an opportunity for you to stand IN YOUR POWER.

Linking breath and movement, we create energy to check in and be present...to notice...to be more aware...to enpower you. This is the ultimate wake up call and has the POWER to change lives and communities..

Beginner Hatha Yoga

This is a Hatha Yoga class where the focus is on learning proper alignment in the poses as well as building a solid foundation for your yoga practice. No experience required.

Blissful Flow (Warm)

Located in front of your spine are energy vortexes know as chakras. In this class we will explore, focus on a chakra, and flow through postures which stimulate it. Come with an open mind, allow me to guide you towards finding connection with the physical world, opening your heart, learning something new about yourself and inspiring you to take your practice off your mat. If you have never placed a foot on a yoga mat, if you've been practicing daily for years or if your anywhere in-between, this class is for you. I promise you won't leave without a smile.

Core Connection (HOT)

Together we will safely focus on core strengthening through yoga.  Physically a strong and flexible core protects the spine, provides balance and stability and improves posture, This will help strengthen your asana yoga practice.  The core is also the location of intuition and self confidence. You will leave class feeling strong and empowered.

Deep Restorative Healing

Needing some deep relaxation and healing?  Allow yourself to be guided through a wonderful class of relaxation using bolsters and props to help your body relax and meditation to quiet the mind.  This is a perfect way to renew depleted energy and find balance within a busy life.

Easy Breeze Flow (HOT)

We embrace the beautiful breath, the element of air, the flowing feeling of lightness and ease.!!!

ElectroFlow (Rm Temp)

One hour of fun, energetic sequences and playing around to a super pumped up  EDM playlist.

Elements Flow (WARM)

Elements flow is an interdisciplinary practice design to offer techniques that balance the elements of earth, water,fire, air and ether in the body.  It shifts it's focus with the change of the seasons and includes a balance of postures, breath work and meditation.

It is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioner

Essentrics - Aging Backwards ( Rm Temp)

This dynamic workout is based on the theories of Miranda Esmond-White that simultaneously lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body resulting in greater joint mobility and lean, long muscles.

Exploring Meditation (Rm Temp)

Each class will introduce a new meditation technique that will be discussed and experienced.  Allowing you to create a tool box of meditation  techniques to aid in developing your own practice.  Empowering you to keep you heart open through all moments of your life.

Exploring Yoga (Warm)

This practice is designed to allow students the space to explore the foundations and roots of Hatha yoga on the mat. Every week there is a different focus with key postures and Mantras to work with making this a constantly changing class. This practice is ideal for experienced students looking to further their understanding of the complexity of yoga, as well as new students that are curious and interested in delving deeper. 

Foundational Flow (Warm)

This class consists 30 minutes of a workshop style class without music, where we will focus on a specific pose or series of poses by breaking them down and fine tweaking them so that the poses work for each of us in our own unique way.  Questions are welcomed as this is a learning environment style class.  The last 30 minutes we will put what we will put what we have learned into a 30 minute flow with music and flow to our own beat :)

Force of Nature Flow (HOT)

In this class we are winking at the intention of power and core and abs and sweat and rolling it into deep exploration of the yogic ETHER element within us!  We are of nature, we are that force, that essence of space, that inexplicable capacity of strength and softness.

Gentle Flow

While linking breath with movement we gently move through yoga postures to help cultivate positive energy flow within the body and stillness within the mind.  This class helps to create balance, strength, flexibility and renews depleted energy within the body.

Gentle Hatha Flow

This gentle morning yoga class will help to create strength, balance and focus while gently working through yoga postures.  This class is a great way to slow down and cultivate positive energy flow while honouring yourself.

Gentle Hatha Yoga

This class is about creating balance, energy flow and relaxation.  This class will include meditation, gentle haha yoga and restorative postures.  This class is a perfect time to relax, slow down and cultivate positive energy flow.

Gentle Joe - Yin Style Yoga

A class designed to relax and rejuvenate the body.  Props and blankets are used to assist the body into total relaxation in the postures.

This class is suited to all levels and modifications.

Grounding Restorative (HOT)

A grounding practice designed to restore calm to the nervous system and help release tension from the body and mind.  Props such as bolsters and blankets are used to support the body, allowing it to open slowly and naturally through passive stretching.

Gypsy Flow (Warm)

All levels welcome.

It is a moderate vinyasa flow style class that offers you to connect with YOUR OWN practice. Encouragement is to go deeper, to close the eyes, to listen to your heart, and experience yoga in a sensual way, sensing the body moving and stretching and flowing.

Always and awesome playlist, always an invitation to take the posture as deep or as soft as you need to be in that moment. Gentle offerings of alignment and playful moments to try new poses and balances.

HAPPY HOUR Power Up (HOT)

Power flow class designed to build strength and tone the whole body.  Building body awareness for arm balances and inversions.  A beautiful vinyasa flow class powering up your core.  The Happy Hour portion is held after class with a celebretory sip of Wine and community food based offerings

Hatha Yoga

Come & Enjoy the healing & strength building benefits of a regular Hatha practice. Move through stationary postures and learn the postures from foot to crown.

Healing Yin (Room Temp & Warm)

Healing Yin Yoga is a therapeutic yoga practice where the postures are held longer and deeper so that we can focus on moving past the limits of the musculature to get deeper into the other connective tissues.  Participants will realize increased mobility and hydration in their joints and connective tissues.  An additional benefit of yin yoga is the stimulation of Chi (energy) flow.  

The practice is lead with a focus on mindfulness with breath work; allowing us to foster a state of "moment to moment attention that is neither for nor against what is happening"  ~Carly Forest

iRest® for Healing Trauma (Pre-Registered Class)

This iRest® class is based on The iRest Program for Healing PYSD, by Richard C. Miller.  An effective approach using Yoga Nidra Meditation and deep relaxation to overcome trauma.

This class, where 2 teachers co-facillitate a 30 minute iRest® practice, aims to provide a safe environment that supports personnel growth and wellbeing.  No diagnosis is necessary to participate in this class.

Richard Miller's iRest® protocol is an integrative approach that heals the various unresolved issues, traumas, and wounds that are present in the body and mind.  It recognizes the underlying sense of calm that is always present, even amidst all changing circumstances of life.  Extensive research has shown that iRest® effectively supports the healing process across a board range of populations.

iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation

iRest® Yoga Nidra is an evidence based ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, and develops an inner sanctuary of well-being and equanimity that underlies all circumstances one may encounter in this life. iRest® is a path of mindfulness meditation that opens the body to its inherent ground of health and wholeness and is being offered in wellness and meditation centres, veteran settings, homeless shelters, and clinics all over the globe.

No meditation experience is necessary to practice iRest® Yoga Nidra.

Journey Into Strength

A unique class that focuses on strengthening specific body parts essential for inversions and arm balances.  In each class we focus on an inversion or arm balance and tailor a flow dedicated to the specific pose.  We will teach our bodies to get into diffcult poses by creating the essential building blocks.

Little Yogis

This class is a great opportunity for kids to learn the basics of yoga in a fun environment filled with laughter, smiling and truly enjoying our time together. Yoga creates an energy that will fill even the littlest hearts with light.

Movement & Mindfulness ( Room Temp)

Experience the joy of movement in a supportive and relaxed environment. In addition to practicing yoga poses and sequences to open the body, you’ll discover the power of breath control and practice the art of mindfulness. Therapeutic movements will be sprinkled throughout the class to give you a deeper understanding of your body and how moving and breathing well enhance your overall health and wellbeing. Perfect for both the beginner and more experienced yogi.

Posture & Alignment (Warm)

This is a flow class with an emphasis on exploring postures and allowing for alignment and posture suggestions as well as each person finding their individual level within each posture. We will explore many postures and incorporate a few different styles of yoga so there will be something for everyone. Come and enjoy a great way to deepen your practice in a nice warm studio. All levels welcome.

In this class we will draw awareness to our unconscious postural habits.  Whether you are Tammy 'TEX'ter, 'Arch'er or Tammy 'TUCK'er your spine will fall in love with this class.  This class has a strong focus on balancing the natural curvatures of the spine, moving in and our of the yoga poses with awareness to create length and space between the vertebrae for spinal health and longevity to keep your spine smiling for many years to come.

Power Flow (HOT)

This gentle flow allows one to link breath with movement as we flow through postures to energize the body.

Restorative Yoga (Warm)

A great way to end your day! This class gives you a much needed break from the day to day busyness of life. This is a class of deep relaxation and meditation where you will use many yoga props to be the most comfortable in each pose. This is a must for anyone looking for stress relief and relaxation. Suited for all body types and levels of fitness.

SATTVA Yoga (Room Temp)

This dynamic and strong practice balances the body, breath and mind to leave you feeling blissful. Founded by Rameen Peyrow, SATTVA is dedicated to inspiring practitioners to use the balance found from within their practice and to live from that place of inspired potential that exists within all of us. Every month we introduce a new diverse hatha yoga sequence designed to bring balance, inner strength, and energy to the practitioner in a fluid posture flow. The SATTVA practice uses 4 guiding principles: the body, breath, mind, and stillness with hatha & raja yoga as the foundation. Basic yoga knowledge is recommended.

Soul Yoga (WARM)

A moderately-paced, haha-style class, exploring not only the physical, but also the philosophical aspects of yoga in a practice that futures the body and speaks to the soul.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Warm)

This class is practiced in a warm/hot room and strength, flexibility, alignment, concentration and breathing are all components. The class varies from week to week and all levels of experience are welcome.

Wake Up Warrior Yoga (Warm)

This morning yoga practice helps set the tone for your day. Class begins with a few moments for quiet reflection, as well as time to set a daily intention. This is followed by a flow practice designed to warm up and energize the body, leaving you feeling alert and ready to take on the day. This practice also cultivates breath awareness, allowing you to use the breath as a source of relaxation throughout your day.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Yang/Yin (Room Temp)

Yang/Yin is a yoga practice that is focused on finding, restoring and maintaining balance, both physically and mentally.  Yang symbolizes the active portion of the physical practice that focuses on developing strength and mobility in the muscles.  The movements are tied together with focused breathing to calm your thoughts and help guide you towards a state of stillness in your minds.  The yin portion of the practice focuses on holding specific postures for an extended period of time where you will be aided to get deeper into connective tissues and foster mindfulness.

Yang/Yin Soul Re'TREAT' (WARM)

A generous serving of flow, layered with some deep yin, and iced with he sweetness of restorative postures.  This class will be a weekly vacation you will not want to miss.

Perfect for those transitioning from beginner to intermediate, or those looking for a deeper body opening.  Yoga flow synchronizes movement and breath while seamlessly transitioning into poses.  This eloquent style of flow is a constant motion that opens a closed body, detoxes a stiff spine and strengthens a tired mind.
